What is STROIKO?
STROIKO 2000 is the registered trademark of the STROIKO exhibition. It was founded in 1993 and is the first specialized exhibition for architecture, construction and furniture in Bulgaria. STROIKO is held twice a year - spring and autumn. It takes place from Wednesday to Sunday. The dates for the following years are published on the website of the exhibition.
How many visitors are there, how big is the exhibition area, how many are the exhibitors and from which countries are they?
About 10,000 people visit the exhibition daily. The net exhibition area is about 5,000 square meters inside the building. The number of exhibitors in recent years is over 250 - traders and manufacturers.
Well-known world produsers and brands from Europe, USA, Russia, Asia are at the exhibition, but mostly via their Bulgarian offices.
What language is the catalog in?
The electronic catalog is published in Bulgarian and English at the request of the exhibitors. You can find a list of exhibitors and their data on our website www.stroiko2000.com
Is VAT charged to foreign participants?
Regardless of whether the company is registered in a Member State of the European Union or outside it, if the applicant company is a registered taxable person as defined in the VAT Act, the participation is not subject to VAT.
Are there any additional fees?
No additional fees are charged other than those described in the Application-Contract. The prices are for the entire duration of the exhibition.
Exposure to bulky and heavy samples?
Please consult us for bulky and heavy exhibits. There are some limitations. The exhibition is on 3 floors. Elevators are also used for transport. Their doors are 108 cm wide and 199 cm high, and the depth is 245 cm
Can several companies share a stand?
There are no special conditions for group participation. We do not mind if a company paid for the area, invited its partners to its stand. In this case, only one company concludes the contract and pays the participation. All companies on the stand can be entered in the catalog as participants.
When is it best to apply for participation?
Companies wishing to participate can commit space for the next exhibition immediately after the end of the previous one. In case of early payment of the participation 2 months before the start of the exhibition, the exhibitor enjoys a 10% discount.
What is a ready-made stand?
The ready-made stand is built with an aluminum exhibition structure type Octanorm. Includes white walls, white front frieze, lighting, one table (70x70x70h cm) and two plastic chairs. The module is 99x99 cm, the height is 2.52 m, and in some places - 2.20 m..
Does the ready-made stand include carpet?
No. We build standard stands directly on the existing floor, which can be terracotta, laminate or carpet.
What other elements can be added to the finished stand?
Additional storage and arrangement tops can be added. They are made of the same elements as the stand construction and are included in the price. The additional equipment, which is paid extra, is described in the Application-Contract.
Are inscriptions included in the price?
No. You can order inscriptions and other graphics separately. The clear dimensions of the friezes are 95 x 21 cm, 95 x 31 cm, and 194 x 21 cm, 194 x 31 cm, and on the walls - 95 x 244 cm or 95 x 194 cm. You can find additional information and prices on our website.
The arrangement of the goods and the layout of the stands must be done in such a way that the stand construction is not damaged. Drilling, paint and glue are not allowed.
What should I do if I want a more personalized stand than the standard one you offer me?
Those companies that want to do something special rent an indoor area without a stand and order the construction from a specialized company or make it themselves. In this case, power supply is ordered (item 2.1 in the Order-Contract).
Are there any restrictions if we build our stand?
The general limit is 2.50 meters high. In some places the ceiling is 2.30 meters, in which case you will receive additional information. Higher accents can be made if they do not interfere with the neighboring stands. It is advisable to coordinate the project with us.
If I have rented an indoor area without a stand, can I pay for additional equipment?
it is possible, but we recommend in your project to plan everything you need for your stand.
Can we participate without any stand construction?
Yes. Whether there will be a construction or not depends entirely on the exhibitor. When you choose the indoor area without a stand option, it is assumed that you or another company will build the structure. You can decide not to have a structure if you can arrange your stand without it. In this case the lighting can be performed by us (item 2.2 in the Application-Contract).
What does Stand Group mean?
There are no separate numbers for the different stands. Several adjacent stands are numbered as a Stand Group, so that it is easy to navigate the sketch. The first digit always shows the floor number. To the left of the entrance, to the east, are the odd numbers, and to the right, to the west, are the even numbers.
What are the working hours of the exhibition, the hours for visiting and the hours for arranging and exporting the exhibits?
The working hours of the exhibitors are from 9.30 to 19.30. It is open to visitors from 10:00 to 19:00. The arrangement of the exhibits before the exhibition and their presentation after its end are carried out according to the schedule and working hours, which the organizers announce in writing to the participants up to 30 days before the exhibition.ето.
