The Executive Director of BSMEPA Mr. Boyko Takov announced that the Agency extends the deadline for applications of Bulgarian producers who want to receive funding for participation during the exhibition STROIKO EXPO spring 2020 until February 7 inclusive.
He announced the news at a press conference in BTA. Mr. Takov added that the institution will bear the costs of the enterprises for exhibition space and stand, equipment, registration and media fees, consumables and others, and requires a symbolic participation from the companies.
Currently, there are 7 companies that have met the requirements of the agency and there are dozens of other inquiries. "We are happy with the interest that the companies show in STROYKO. In our agency we really want to support the Bulgarian exhibitions, which will be stronger and stronger ", stressed Mr. Takov.
During the event, Mr. Takov also presented the financial instruments and programs with which the Agency promotes business, including the voucher scheme for providing ICT services to small and medium enterprises, the National Innovation Fund and internationalization programs, which include the organization of business forums. , trade missions, delegations and participation in world exhibitions.
"In search of a high-tech home and city" is the theme of the 53rd STROIKO EXPO exhibition, which will be held from March 25 to 29 at the National Palace of Culture.
Enterprises must meet the following requirements:
The company does not participate at its own expense in the specific event;
The enterprise must have an Economic Activity Code (NIC), according to the eligibility conditions of OPIC. A Certificate of NACE of the enterprise, issued by the National Statistical Institute for the last completed financial year, in original or certified copy with the text "True to the original" with the signature of the representative and the seal of the enterprise shall be submitted.
BSMEPA organizes individual participation of Bulgarian companies in STROIKO EXPO 2020 under the following conditions:
The Agency shall bear the costs of:
exhibition area and stand
equipment of the stands
registration / media fees
consumables and utilities
The companies approved for participation in STROIKO EXPO 2020 should bear part of the above costs:
15% of the above costs for the first participation in international exhibitions abroad, organized by BSMEPA BGN 370.00 (Certified by an official inspection for the last three years in the public Register for minimum aid of the Ministry of Finance).
20% of the above costs for second or third participation in international exhibitions abroad, organized by BSMEPA, BGN 492.00 (Certified by an official inspection for the last three years in the public Register for minimum aid of the Ministry of Finance).
25% of the above costs for more than three participations in international exhibitions abroad, organized by BSMEPA, BGN 616.00 (Certified by an official inspection for the last three years in the public Register for minimum aid of the Ministry of Finance).
Participation in Bulgarian and international specialized exhibitions of Bulgarian enterprises is a minimum aid within the meaning of Regulation (EU) № 1407/2013 on the application of Art. 107 and Art. 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid. The application for participation in International specialized exhibitions / fairs organized by the agency is done by submitting the following documents specified in the Rules for application in specialized international fairs, exhibitions, conferences, contact exchanges, forums and events in the country and abroad, organized by BSMEPA:
Application for participation (according to a sample and in original), signed by the representative of the enterprise and stamped with the seal of the enterprise;
Certificate under Art. 87, para 6 of TSSPC for lack of public obligations under art. 162, para 2, item 1 of TSSPC to the state, issued not earlier than 6 months as of the date of application (original or certified copy with text “True to the original”, signature of the representative and seal of the enterprise);
Certificate of economic activity code (NACE) of the enterprise, issued by the National Statistical Institute, in original or certified copy with the text "True to the original" signed by the representative and seal of the enterprise, which is issued on the basis of the last completed financial year . Eligibility conditions
Declaration for the received minimum aid for the previous two tax years and for the current tax year (according to a sample and in original), signed by the representative of the enterprise and stamped with the seal of the enterprise;
Participation in the event is a minimum aid within the meaning of Regulation (EU) № 1407/2013 on the application of Art. 107 and Art. 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Please note that each received minimum aid is accumulated on previous ones up to EUR 200,000.00 or BGN 391,166.00 for a three-year tax period.

Declaration for the received state aid and for non-financing from other sources (according to a sample and in original), signed by the representative and stamped with the seal of the enterprise;
Declaration of the circumstances under Art. H and Art. 4 of the Law on Small and Small Business (according to a sample and in original), signed by the representative and stamped with the seal of the enterprise. When the enterprise is a related and / or partner enterprise, a reference (according to a sample and in original) for the summarized parameters of the enterprise shall be submitted with the declaration.
